1. Digital Products
All digital products, including eBooks, courses, and downloadable or linked content, are non-refundable.
2. Physical Books
Refunds are applicable only for physical books, subject to return conditions specified at the time of purchase.
3. Order Completion
Once an order is completed, cancellation is not allowed.
4. Charity-Based Payments
As payments are routed directly to charitable foundations, refunds are strictly limited as stated above.
